Serve the viewer for a results directory (lazy ETags and shared-cache headers)
Usage
fidelity-kit serve <root> [--port <port>] [--host <host>] [--max-age <max-age>] [--stale-while-revalidate <stale-while-revalidate>] [--concurrency <concurrency>] [--process]
